Abstract
This paper discusses school education quality and dimension to assert its importance in the management of education. Its implementation needs to be preceded by planning, and implemented consistently sustained after the feedback and evaluation. This way become an effort to anticipate changes so rapid and greater challenges and problems are so complex. Indonesia in school education, the notion of quality refers to the process of education and education outcomes overall. In the process, the quality involved various inputs, such as teaching materials (cognitive, affective or psychomotor), methodology (varies according to the ability of teachers), school facilities, administrative support and infrastructure and other learning resources as well as the creation of a conducive atmosphere. School management to synchronize function class support a variety of input or synergize all komponan in teaching and learning, both among teachers, students and means of support in the classroom and outside the classroom; both curricular and extra-curricular context. While the quality of educational outcomes in the context of referring to the achievements of the school in any given period of time. Achievement may be the result of test academic skills (examination), can also achievement of other fields, such as sports, art, and even school performance may be conditions that can not be held (intangible) such as the atmosphere of discipline, familiarity, cleanliness and there are still many other things.
